There are addiction programs offered in or near Napakiak that cater to both methadone and buprenorphine clients only, medications which are dispensed in what is known as opioid maintenance therapy. Some clinics do deliver a limited amount of counseling and group therapy as auxiliary services, and this is recommended and encouraged.
