When an individual has overcome substance abuse problem, it's not as simple as starting life again where you left off. Restoring a successful and happy life takes time and a lot of hard work. A Halfway House, a.k.a. a Sober Living Facility, is a setting where people in recovery can live in a drug and alcohol free and supportive environment until they can live confidently on their own.
