Partial hospitalization/Day Treatment is a kind of outpatient substance abuse rehabilitation program that is less than intensive out-patient and more intensive than regular out-patient rehab. Partial Hospitalization Day Treatment is also designed to help individuals who may need intense rehab for a co-occurring mental health disorder, but do not require 24 hour supervision and treatment.
