The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government department responsible for efforts to advance the behavioral health of the United States. One of its duties is the administering of opioid rehab programs, which are centers which offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to people who are experiencing opioid dependency and addiction.
