The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency responsible for efforts to advance the behavioral health of the United States. One of its obligations is the administering of opioid rehab programs, which are programs which provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are experiencing opioid dependency and addiction.
