ATR is a federally-funded plan which makes it possible for individuals to access addiction treatment facilities and support including inpatient, intensive outpatient, regular outpatient, counseling, continuing care, life coaching and recovery support, vocational training, skills building, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program allows individuals with vouchers to acquire rehabilitation and recovery support services for substance use disorders at the provider of their choice.
