The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency responsible for efforts to promote the behavioral health of the U.S.. One of its duties is the supervision of opioid rehab facilities, which are programs who offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to individuals who are in the midst of opioid addiction and dependency.
