Medicare - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Facilities - New London, CT.

Medicare is a federal health insurance program that helps pay for medical healthcare services for people living in the U.S. who are either disabled or 65 and older. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering different forms of care.

Part B (Medical Insurance) ? Medicare Part B covers up to 80% of the costs associated with outpatient substance abuse rehab. This includes outpatient services, therapy/counseling, treatment for co-occurring disorders such as depression or anxiety and drugs dispensed by clinics. It also covers professional interventions.

Part C (Medicare-approved Private Insurance) Medicare Part D is an option for clients who want additional coverage aside from Medicare Parts A, B, and D.
