The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency responsible for health efforts to promote the mental health of the U.S.. One of its obligations is the administering of opioid rehab facilities, which are centers which offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are experiencing opioid addiction and dependency.
