A crisis event, for example a person struggling with the tragic consequences of a mental health situation such as alcoholism or drug addiction, calls for an intervention by a team of professionals who can help get them the treatment they need before it's too late. A Crisis Intervention Team in Landfall is a form of community monitoring which calls upon and activates healthcare, law enforcement and other concerned agencies as well as family members to assist addicts in crisis.
