Naltrexone is an additional drug taken in opioid maintenance therapy, but unlike the other medications mentioned it is an opioid blocker and isn't an opiate. There is an option to take this drug as a monthly injection, which is called Vivitrol. As an opioid blocker, it prevents an individual from feeling high from opioids, and therefore lowers the risk associated with relapse. This daily injection costs in the range of $1000 to $1200 a month.
