Substance abuse programs for Vets are central for the mental health and overall stability of Veterans of all branches of the armed forces. Because drug and alcohol abuse and other mental health disorders are experienced at higher than average rates among Veterans, it is important that Veterans get the essential assistance they need due to such high rates of suicide also associated with these disorders with our Vets.
