Drug and alcohol abuse facilities for Vets are essential for the mental well-being and overall stability of Vets of all branches of the armed forces. Because substance abuse and other mental health disorders are experienced at higher than average rates among Vets, it is crucial that they get the assistance they need due to such high rates of suicide also associated with these disorders among our Vets.
