The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency responsible for health efforts to promote the mental health of the U.S.. One of its obligations is the supervision of opioid rehab programs, which are centers that provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are experiencing opioid addiction and dependency.
