The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency in charge of efforts to advance the mental health of the U.S.. One of its responsibilities is the administering of opioid rehabilitation facilities, which are centers that provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are experiencing opioid addiction and dependency.
