Medicare - Drug and Alcohol Treatment Programs - Pisgah, AL.

Medicare is a federal program that helps pay for health care for individuals living in the Unites States who are either disabled or 65 years of age or older. For individuals that do have Medicare and require addiction treatment in Pisgah, Medicare may cover various rehabilitation programs and treatment services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering certain kinds of care.

People who have Part C may have more insurance benefits available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D pays for substance abuse related medications. Including medications used for drug and alcohol withdrawal as well as medications used for maintenance therapy such as methadone or buprenorphine.
