Naltrexone is an additional med taken in opioid maintenance therapy, but unlike the other drugs aforementioned it's an opioid blocker and is not an opiate. There is an option to take this drug as a monthly injection, which is called Vivitrol. As an opioid blocker, the drug prevents someone from experience high feelings from opioids, and therefore lowers the risk associated with relapse. This daily injection costs anywhere from $1000 to $1200 a month.
