Military Insurance - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Programs - Wilmot, AR.

The military currently uses a military insurance called Tricare to help veterans, active military members and their families receive health benefits. There is Tricare Prime, Tricare Standard, and Tricare Extra. Tricare Standard offers insurance benefits for retirees of the military who are 60 years of age or older and their qualified family members. With Tricare Standard they receive services from any civilian health care provider that is payable under Tricare, but also pay yearly deductible and coinsurance, as well as any out-of-pocket expenses. Tricare Extra is available for Tricare Standard beneficiaries which allows access to non-military health care professionals within their provider network, with a reduced coinsurance amount. Tricare Prime is available to all active-duty members, retirees, and all qualified family members, and with this they can choose a primary care physician and get referrals to organizations that provide specialty care.

Through TRICARE, military members can obtain drug and alcohol rehabilitation services in Wilmot. This encompasses detoxification, individual and group therapy including family therapy, and other treatment services. They will require pre-authorization for treatment and there will most likely be some restrictions. Military insurance covers both inpatient and outpatient, but inpatient services for detoxification are limited to no more than 7 days.
