Medicare - Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Facilities - El Centro, CA.

Medicare is a federal health insurance program which helps pay for health care for people living in the U.S. who are either disabled or 65 and older. For individuals who do have Medicare and require substance abuse recovery services in El Centro, this program will pay for certain recovery programs and treatment services. Medicare comes in different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering various types of treatment.

Part A (Insurance for Hospital Stays) - Medicare Part A pays for inpatient substance treatment, and up to 60 days in rehab without a co-pay but policy holders will be required to pay a deductible. Medicare only pays for 190 days of inpatient care total, as in during the person's lifetime.

Part C (Medicare-approved Private Insurance) Medicare Part D is an option for clients who want additional coverage in addition to Medicare Parts A, B, and D. People who have Part C can have more options available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D covers substance abuse related medications. Including medications associated with treating withdrawal symptoms during detoxification and those used for maintenance therapy such as methadone or buprenorphine.
