The armed forces currently uses a military insurance known as Tricare to help veterans, active military members and their families receive health benefits. There is Tricare Prime, Tricare Standard, and Tricare Extra. Tricare Standard provides insurance benefits for retirees of the military who are 60 years of age or older and their qualified family members. With Tricare Standard they have access to any civilian health care provider that is payable under Tricare, but also pay an annual deductible and coinsurance, as well as any out-of-pocket expenses. Tricare Extra is available to Tricare Standard beneficiaries which grants access to civilian health care providers within their provider network, with a reduced coinsurance amount. Tricare Prime is available to all active-duty members, retirees, and all qualified family members, and with this they can choose a primary care physician and get referrals to organizations that provide specialty care.

Through TRICARE, members of the military can acquire drug and alcohol rehabilitation services in Century. This includes individual and group therapy including family therapy, detoxification, and other various recovery services.
