When an individual in West Palm Beach needs drug abuse treatment and doesn't have private health insurance or the money to pay for the recovery program in full, the Access to Recovery Voucher is an option to look into. ATR is a federally-funded program which makes it possible for qualified people to access treatment facilities and support including inpatient, intensive outpatient, regular outpatient, counseling, continuing care, life coaching and recovery support, skills building, vocational training, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program provides individuals with vouchers to acquire rehabilitation and recovery support services for substance use disorders at the provider of their choice.
