Medicare - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Programs - Stone Mountain, GA.

Medicare is a federal health insurance program which helps pay for health benefits for people living in the U.S. who are either disabled or 65 years of age or older. For people that do have Medicare and require substance abuse treatment in Stone Mountain, Medicare may pay for various treatment programs and treatment services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering certain forms of medical care.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D covers drug and alcohol addiction medications. Including medications used for drug and alcohol withdrawal and those used for maintenance therapy such as buprenorphine or methadone.
