It too is taken daily, and is priced around $450 monthly. Naltrexone is an additional med used in opioid maintenance therapy, but unlike the other medications mentioned here it's an opiate blocker and isn't an opioid. There is an option to take this drug as a monthly shot, and that is called Vivitrol. As an opioid blocker, the drug prevents someone from experience being high from opioids, and therefore lowers the risk associated with relapse. This daily shot costs anywhere from $1000 to $1200 per month.
