Access to Recovery Voucher - Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Facilities - Boise, ID.

If a person in Boise needs substance abuse treatment and doesn't have health insurance or the money to pay for the recovery program in full, the Access to Recovery Voucher is an alternative to consider. ATR is a federally-funded program which provides the means for individuals to access treatment programs and services including inpatient programs, intensive outpatient, regular outpatient, counseling, continuing care, recovery and life coaching, vocational training, skills building, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program provides individuals with vouchers to acquire rehabilitation and recovery support services for substance use disorders at the provider of their choice. To be eligible for ATR individuals must meet certain requirements, including: 1) be at least 18 years of age, 2) have a history of substance use or abuse, 3) have an annual income that is less than 200% of the Federal poverty level, and 4) reside in the counties or jurisdictions that provide ATR.
