ATR is a federally-funded plan which makes it possible for qualified people to access addiction treatment programs and support including inpatient, regular outpatient, intensive outpatient, counseling, continuing care, life coaching and recovery support, vocational training, skills building, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program provides those individuals with vouchers to purchase treatment and recovery support services for drug abuse disorders at the provider of their choice.
