ATR is a federally-funded plan which makes it possible for qualified people to access addiction treatment facilities and support including inpatient programs, regular outpatient, intensive outpatient, continuing care, counseling, life coaching and recovery support, skills building, vocational training, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program allows those individuals with vouchers to acquire rehabilitation and recovery support services for substance use disorders at the provider of their choice.
