ATR is a federally-funded program which makes it possible for individuals to access addiction treatment programs and services including inpatient, regular outpatient, intensive outpatient, counseling, continuing care, life coaching and recovery support, vocational training, skills building, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program allows those individuals with vouchers to acquire rehabilitation and recovery support services for substance use disorders at the provider of their choice.
