Medicare - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Programs - Lewiston, ME.

Medicare is a federal program which helps pay for health benefits for individuals living in the Unites States who are either disabled or 65 and older. For individuals who do have Medicare and need addiction recovery services in Lewiston, this program will pay for various rehab programs and treatment services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering different kinds of care.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D covers drug and alcohol addiction medications. Including medications associated with treating drug and alcohol withdrawal and medications required for maintenance therapy such as methadone or buprenorphine.
