Medicare - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centers - Berkley, MI.

Medicare is a federal health insurance program which helps pay for medical healthcare services for people living in the Unites States who are either disabled or 65 and older. For individuals who do have Medicare and require drug or alcohol recovery services in Berkley, this program will pay for certain treatment programs and recovery services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering various forms of care.

Medicare only covers 190 days of inpatient care total, this applies to the individual's lifetime.

Part B (Medical Insurance) ? Medicare Part B pays up to 80% of the costs associated with outpatient drug and alcohol treatment. This includes outpatient services, therapy/counseling, treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety disorders or depression and medications dispensed by clinics. It also covers professional interventions.

Part C (Medicare-approved Private Insurance) Medicare Part D is an alternative for clients who want additional health insurance apart from what the other parts of Medicare have to offer. People who have Part C may have more options available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.
