Partial hospitalization/Day Treatment is a type of out-patient substance abuse rehab program that is less than intensive out-patient and more intensive than regular outpatient rehabilitation. Partial Hospitalization Day Treatment is also designed to help individuals who require intensive rehabilitation for a co-occurring mental health disorder, but do not need around the clock supervision and treatment.
