There is also a version of buprenorphine containing the drug naloxone, that is a med which blocks the effects of opiates. Naltrexone is another drug taken in opioid maintenance therapy, but unlike the other drugs mentioned here it's an opiate blocker and isn't an opiate. There is an option to take this drug as a monthly shot, and that is called Vivitrol. As an opioid blocker, the drug prevents someone from experience high feelings from opioids, and therefore lowers the risk associated with relapse. This daily injection costs anywhere from $1000 to $1200 monthly.
