Naltrexone is an additional med used in opioid maintenance therapy, but unlike the other medications aforementioned it's an opioid blocker and isn't an opiate. There is an option to take this drug as a monthly shot, and that is called Vivitrol. As an opioid blocker, it prevents someone from feeling high from opioids, and therefore lowers the risk associated with relapse. This daily shot costs anywhere from $1000 to $1200 a month.
