Medicare - Drug and Alcohol Treatment Programs - Cape May, NJ.

Medicare is a federal health insurance program which helps pay for medical healthcare services for individuals living in the U.S. who are either disabled or 65 years of age or older. For individuals that do have Medicare and need addiction treatment in Cape May, this program can pay for certain recovery programs and treatment services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering certain forms of care.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D covers drug and alcohol addiction medications. Including medications used for withdrawal symptoms during detoxification as well as those used for maintenance therapy such as methadone or buprenorphine.
