Medicare - Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Facilities - Rancocas, NJ.

Medicare is a federal health insurance program that helps pay for medical healthcare services for people living in the U.S. who are either disabled or 65 years of age or older. For individuals that do have Medicare and require substance abuse recovery services in Rancocas, Medicare will pay for certain recovery programs and treatment services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering certain types of care.

Part A (Insurance for Hospital Stays) - Medicare Part A pays for inpatient addiction rehabilitation, and up to 60 days in treatment without a co-pay but policy holders will have to pay a deductible. Medicare only covers 190 days of inpatient care total, as in during the person's lifetime.

Part B (Medical Insurance) ? Medicare Part B pays up to 80% of the expenses for outpatient substance abuse rehab. This includes outpatient services, therapy, treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression or anxiety and drugs administered by clinics. It also pays for professional interventions.

Part C (Medicare-approved Private Insurance) Medicare Part D is an alternative for people who want supplemental coverage apart from what the other parts of Medicare have to offer. People who have Part C may have more insurance benefits available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D covers substance abuse related medications. Including medications needed for drug and alcohol withdrawal and those used for maintenance therapy such as methadone or buprenorphine.
