The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency in charge of efforts to advance the mental health of the United States. One of its duties is the oversight of opioid rehab facilities, which are centers that offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are experiencing opioid dependency and addiction.
