Individuals who have Part C can have more options available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D pays for substance abuse related medications. Including medications used for withdrawal symptoms during detoxification and medications used for maintenance therapy such as buprenorphine or methadone.
