American Indians and Alaska Natives are historically more likely than individuals of other racial and ethnic groups to require rehabilitation for drug and alcohol abuse and addiction. So therefore, there is an absolute need for a variety of service types to cover all of the various requirements of American Indian or Alaska Natives, including addiction rehabilitation services in native languages.
