ATR is a federally-funded program which makes it possible for individuals to access addiction treatment programs and support including inpatient, intensive outpatient, regular outpatient, counseling, continuing care, recovery and life coaching, vocational training, skills building, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program allows those individuals with vouchers to purchase rehabilitation and recovery support services for substance use disorders at the provider of their choice.
