Part B (Medical Insurance) ? Medicare Part B covers up to 80% of the expenses for outpatient substance abuse treatment. This includes outpatient care, therapy, treatment for co-occurring disorders such as depression or anxiety and medications dispensed by clinics. It also covers professional intervention services.
Part C (Medicare-approved Private Insurance) Medicare Part D is an alternative for clients who want supplemental health insurance aside from what the other parts of Medicare have to offer.
