Access to Recovery Voucher - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Programs - East Berlin, PA.

ATR is a federally-funded plan which provides the means for qualified people to access addiction treatment programs and services including inpatient programs, intensive outpatient, regular outpatient, continuing care, counseling, life coaching and recovery support, skills building, vocational training, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program provides individuals with vouchers to acquire treatment and recovery support services for substance use disorders at the provider of their choice.
