Medicare - Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Facilities - Alexandria, VA.

Medicare is a federal health insurance program that helps pay for health care for people living in the U.S. who are either disabled or 65 years of age or older. For individuals that do have Medicare and require drug or alcohol treatment in Alexandria, this program will pay for certain recovery programs and treatment services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering certain kinds of medical care.

Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D pays for drug and alcohol addiction medications. Including medications associated with treating withdrawal symptoms during detoxification and those required for maintenance therapy such as methadone or buprenorphine.
