Access to Recovery Voucher - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Programs - Everett, WA.

When an individual in Everett needs drug or alcohol rehab but doesn't have private health insurance or the funds to pay for treatment in full, the Access to Recovery Voucher is an alternative to look into. ATR is a federally-funded plan which makes it possible for individuals to access treatment programs and services including inpatient, regular outpatient, intensive outpatient, counseling, continuing care, life coaching and recovery support, skills building, vocational training, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program provides individuals with vouchers to purchase treatment and recovery support services for substance use disorders at the provider of their choice. To be eligible for ATR clients must fulfill certain criteria, including: 1) be at least 18 years of age, 2) have a history of substance use or abuse, 3) have an annual income that is less than 200% of the Federal poverty level, and 4) reside in the counties or jurisdictions that provide ATR.
