Medicare comes in different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering certain kinds of treatment.

It also pays for professional intervention services.

Part C (Medicare-approved Private Insurance) Medicare Part D is an alternative for people who want supplemental coverage apart from Medicare Parts A, B, and D. People who have Part C can have more insurance benefits available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.
