Partial Hospitalization Day Treatment - Alcohol and Drug Treatment Centers - Four States, WV.

Partial hospitalization/Day Treatment is a type of out-patient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program that is less than intensive out-patient and more intensive than regular outpatient treatment. Partial Hospitalization Day Treatment is also designed to help clients who need intensive rehab for a dual-diagnosis disorder, but do not need 24 hour supervision and care. For a person who has finished inpatient treatment, a partial hospitalization day treatment plan in Four States could help them make the transition more easily into a sober way of life as a viable "step-down" option. After partial hospitalization day treatment, the client could then transition over to regular out-patient care.

When a client is in a partial hospitalization day treatment facility, they commonly participate in services in the range of three to five days per week. It is similar to an in-patient treatment program in many significant ways, including the fact that people will get access tonurses, physicians, and mental health professionals who can address the physical, emotional and psychological challenges they are trying to conquer. For at least four to six hours on the days that individuals attend partial hospitalization day treatment, they will receive one-on-one addiction therapy, attend group counseling sessions, psychotherapy sessions, get any required medical care and address any of the mental health issues that are triggering their drug and alcohol addiction.
