There is also a type of buprenorphine that contains naloxone, that is a drug that blocks the effects of opiates. Naltrexone is an additional med used in opioid maintenance therapy, but unlike the other medications aforementioned it's an opiate blocker and is not an opioid. There is an option to take this drug as a monthly injection, and that is called Vivitrol. As an opioid blocker, it prevents someone from getting high from opioids, and therefore lowers the risk associated with relapse. This daily injection costs anywhere from $1000 to $1200 /month.
