Medicare is a federal program which helps pay for health care for people living in the Unites States who are either disabled or 65 years of age or older. For individuals who do have Medicare and need drug or alcohol rehabilitation in Cooper Landing, this program may cover certain rehabilitation programs and recovery services. Medicare consists of different "Parts", with Parts A-D covering various types of treatment.

Individuals who have Part C may have more insurance benefits available to them, but out-of-pocket costs and coverage is different and may be more expensive.
Part D (Prescription Insurance) Medicare Part D pays for drug and alcohol addiction medications. Including medications used for drug and alcohol withdrawal as well as medications required for maintenance therapy such as methadone or buprenorphine.
