American Indians and Alaska Natives are historically more likely than individuals of other racial and ethnic groups to require recovery services for drug and alcohol abuse and addiction. So as one can see, there is definitely a need for a variety of service types to cover all of the various needs of this client demographic, including addiction treatment services in native languages.
