ATR is a federally-funded program which provides the means for individuals to access addiction treatment programs and services including inpatient, intensive outpatient, regular outpatient, continuing care, counseling, recovery and life coaching, vocational training, skills building, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program allows individuals with vouchers to acquire treatment and recovery support services for drug abuse disorders at the provider of their choice.
