The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, "SAMHSA" for short, is the government agency responsible for efforts to advance the mental health of the United States. One of its duties is the administering of opioid rehab programs, which are programs that provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to clients who are experiencing opioid addiction and dependency.
