ATR is a federally-funded program which provides the means for qualified people to access addiction treatment facilities and services including inpatient, regular outpatient, intensive outpatient, continuing care, counseling, life coaching and recovery support, skills building, vocational training, and transportation assistance. The ATR grant program allows individuals with vouchers to acquire treatment and recovery support services for drug abuse disorders at the provider of their choice.
